Thank you for a very nice stay. Brilliant small place, it has marvellous and quiet location just off the restaurant, the lake, and Liverpool and Chester. It has both superfriendly and pleasant staff.
The bathrooms are very cold.

It was in a remote location, close to main transport links. The food was amazing and there were plenty of dishes in the menu.

Lovely hotel full of character. Room was nicely decorated, spacious and included a spa bath as well as tea making facilities. Full English breakfast was nice.
The shower was barely luke warm. Free wireless internet would have been nice, as this is becoming a "standard item" in most places now as opposed to a luxury.

My wife and I stayed at Brook Meadow the night of our wedding and were overwhelmed at how amazing it was! The room was lovely, and the jacuzzi bath was a real touch of luxury. For £60 a night including breakfast, we'll definitely be visiting again!
One member of staff seemed to be in a pretty bad mood at breakfast, but everything else was so nice we didn't let it bother us!

The jacuzzi tub in the room was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day.
The noise from the adjoining room made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel was situated in a meadow, it was quiet, but close to Chester. The room was big and had tea/coffee making facilites.
Charged for wifi, and had no option for cable internet so as not to charge- £3 per hour is ridiculous- and just cheap of the hotel. For someone who is travelling around and needs to be online for work, family and to research the area I am visiting I found this really annoying. And all my frineds are the same, so for that reason I would not recommend the hotel but if you dont need internet (or an XL charge is no problem) it was really good.

The rooms are a good size and very comfortable - the jacuzzi was a surprise. Close enough to the motorway but not disturbed by the noise. The staff were pleasant and although the hotel was full, it was quiet and restful.
Only downside was that the room was very hot and only one window opened.

beautiful garden views, spacious room with a whirlpool bath, quiet surrounding area
Some outdated decor and tired furnishings could use an upgrade!!! The lack of adequate contact details for staff at night is concerning!!!
